What this website collects

The consultation form asks for your name, business name, email, business type, workflow problem, and message. Phone number and approximate monthly inquiry volume are optional. Please do not include sensitive customer information.

Why the details are requested

The details are used to respond to your consultation request and understand your business workflow. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or promotional sequence. There is no preselected marketing consent.

What happens when you submit

This version is a local preview. Live form delivery is not configured. The form can check details in your browser but does not send or save them. Direct requests to the unconfigured submission endpoint receive an unavailable response, not a success message.

Storage and service providers

The website application does not write form submissions to disk or keep a submission database. If delivery is enabled, the receiving provider may retain the information. Its retention and deletion process must be confirmed. Hosting location is not yet verified, and Canadian-only hosting is not claimed.

Audit requests and calculator inputs

Audit submission setup is not enabled. The form keeps in-progress entries only in the current page memory. A failed or unavailable submission does not claim success. The calculator runs in the browser. Its business inputs and results are not sent to HMD Systems, stored in browser storage, attached to audit requests, or included in analytics. Navigating away or reloading clears unsent form and calculator state.

Technical information

The server uses a temporary hashed network identifier to limit submission attempts. Raw IP addresses and form contents are not included in routine application logs. These rate-limit records expire after 15 minutes and are cleared on subsequent requests or when the server restarts. A future hosting provider may keep separate request logs under its own policies.

Cookies and third-party tracking

No analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, third-party chat widgets, or tracking cookies are added by this website. Fonts and other page assets are served locally. The consultation form does not store your entries in browser storage.

Access, correction, and questions

A verified business privacy contact must be added before launch. Live submissions should not be enabled for the public until that contact and an access, correction, and deletion process are available.
